“Army of Restoration” is a large-scale state initiative that unites people around an important mission: not just to work, but to rebuild the future of Ukraine together. Within the project, 32,303 referrals have already been issued for temporarily unemployed Ukrainians and internally displaced persons (IDPs) in the Donetsk region.
Project participants are involved in the arrangement of protective structures, unloading and packaging humanitarian aid, assisting people with disabilities, and other important tasks.
This initiative not only contributes to the reconstruction of local communities but also provides an opportunity to receive a salary – at least 8,000 UAH for a full month of work. In addition to financial support, participants gain valuable experience and new professional skills, which can be an important step towards permanent employment.
