Vladyslav Lavryk has been appointed head of the Volnovakha District State Administration.

The relevant order was signed on July 4 by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.

Prior to that, since February 2025, Vladyslav Lavryk had been acting head of the district state administration. Today, on July 8, the first deputy head of the Donetsk regional state administration Yuriy Vynokurov officially introduced the district leader to the staff of the district state administration and the heads of local administrations of the Volnovakha district.

“It is very important that the district, which is currently in an extremely difficult situation, is headed by a person who has both experience in public administration and military experience. I am confident that together we will be able to continue supporting our people, build a resilient defense, and implement many important projects. I wish Mr. Vladyslav success and new achievements in this difficult and responsible position! Together to Victory!” emphasized Yuriy Vynokurov.

52-year-old Vladyslav Lavryk has three higher education degrees, a master's degree in public administration. His length of service in public office is almost 26 years. He has mostly held leadership positions in public administration.

From December 2014 to July 2018, he worked as the deputy head of the Donetsk regional state administration.

Later, he held leadership positions in the Borispil district state administration of Kyiv region, Sumy regional state administration, and the military-civilian administration of the city of Shchastia in Luhansk region.

From 2022 to 2025, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

And since February 2025, he has been taking care of the Volnovakha district, performing the duties of the head of the district state administration.
