"Six are buried here." From the destroyed Pokrovsk, "White Angels" together with volunteers are evacuating the surviving people.

The city is a gaping wound. Under the rubble of high-rise buildings, which cannot be manually cleared, lie the deceased residents. Those who were rescued were buried by neighbors in the yard. While saving a few elderly people and a puppy, the police narrowly avoided being hit. Literally just before their passage, the Russians struck the road with an aerial bomb and a drone, burning a civilian car.

The Shakhtarsky microdistrict. Here, enemy bombs destroyed a high-rise building on June 15. Nine people were trapped under the rubble, and local residents took a long time to retrieve them. Now, in what was once a cozy yard, there is a cemetery. Due to constant shelling, the dead were buried two in one grave.

“Here two are buried, here are two more, and here as well. In total, six, three more are left,” says a neighbor, pointing to an empty, already prepared pit.

Unable to bear the horrific realities, people ask for evacuation every day. Several requests have come from the outer streets, which are under constant fire control by the enemy. Entering there is practically suicide, but the "white angels" took the risk. As a result, a few more lives were saved.
