Under the chairmanship of Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, a regular meeting of the Transparency and Accountability Working Group was held.
Serhiy Chaus, Head of the Chasovoyarsk City Military Administration, reported on purchases made by the community during the year. In particular, he emphasized that the community had made 25 purchases of goods and services with a total value of almost 58 million hryvnias.
Serhiy Chaus noted that most of the funds were spent on the purchase of fuel and lubricants, on improving defense capabilities, and on the purchase of special equipment. Purchases related to social protection of the population were also made. The commission members had additional questions about the purchases, to which the head of the Chasovoyarskaya MBA provided comprehensive and thorough answers.
During his speech, Ihor Boiko noted that, according to information from the regional administration's department of economics, between December 16 and 25, 2025, customers in 15 territorial communities planned 74 purchases of goods, works, and services for a total amount of UAH 233.7 million.
Of the total number of purchases, 33 contracts were concluded for the purchase of goods and performance of works. In particular, garbage trucks, charging stations, generators, electricity, gasoline, and diesel fuel were purchased, and restoration work was carried out in buildings damaged by enemy strikes. In addition, contracts were signed for the purchase of the Health24 medical information system software package.
Following the discussion, the meeting participants emphasized the importance of continuing to adhere to the principles of openness, transparency, and accountability in public procurement. The working group will continue to monitor purchases made and planned by local communities in the region.
