The Cherkasy Settlement Territorial Community reported on the status of its procurement activities in 2026

A regular meeting of the “Transparency and Accountability” working group was held under the chairmanship of Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. Members of the working group and invited guests participated in the event.

During the meeting, participants discussed the status of public procurements carried out by the Cherkasy settlement community in 2026.

According to information from the regional state administration’s Department of Economy, between June 16 and 25, 2026, regional contracting authorities in eight territorial communities planned 26 procurements of goods, works, and services totaling 31.9 million UAH.

Of the 26 procurements, 5 contracts were concluded for the purchase of spare parts for vehicle repairs, electricity, electricity distribution services, the lease of a non-residential warehouse, and the development of design and cost estimate documentation for a project.

According to information from the regional state administration’s Department of Economy, the Cherkasy Settlement Territorial Community has planned 11 procurements of goods and services totaling nearly 20 million hryvnias for the period from January 1 to July 1, 2026.

Oleksiy Kryvokon, Head of the Cherkasy Settlement Military Administration, reported on the status of procurement, the main areas of budget spending, planned measures, and the community’s priority needs under martial law.

During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to ask the speaker questions and discuss current issues related to procurement.

Following the discussion, meeting participants emphasized the importance of strictly adhering to the principles of openness, transparency, and accountability in the field of public procurement. The working group will continue to monitor procurement activities being carried out and planned by the region’s local communities.
