In the Donetsk region, administrative services in the field of migration are provided by: Oleksandrivskyi, Pokrovskyi (located in the village of Oleksandrivka), Kramatorsk, and Sloviansk departments of the Migration Service of Ukraine.

Currently, these territorial divisions provide administrative services to applicants for Ukrainian ID cards and Ukrainian passports for travel abroad through the registration of individuals using the online service "Electronic Queue" of the State Migration Service of Ukraine.
People with disabilities of groups I and II, military personnel (application for a Ukrainian passport in the form of a card) are served out of turn.
Photos are affixed to Ukrainian passports upon reaching the age of 25 and 45 in the current order.
To receive a ready-made Ukrainian passport in the form of a card or a Ukrainian passport for traveling abroad, it is not necessary to register for the electronic queue on the official website of the State Migration Service.
Working hours of the Oleksandrivka, Pokrovsk (located in the village of Oleksandrivka), Sloviansk, and Kramatorsk territorial divisions:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 08:00 to 17:00;
Saturday from 08:00 to 15:45;
Closed on Sunday and Monday.
