As part of the national project "Shoulder to Shoulder: United Communities," a warm and meaningful collaboration continues between the Toretsk community from Donetsk region and the Ruzhyn community from Zhytomyr region.
On July 4, 2025, representatives of the Ruzhyn community visited the communal institution "Territorial Center for Social Services (provision of social services)" of the Toretsk City Military Administration, relocated to the village of Karabchiyiv in Zhytomyr region. They held a traditional event from the KУ "Center for Social Services" — "Beauty Day."
Everyone had the opportunity to receive free haircuts and beautiful hairstyles, to communicate, and to feel attention, care, and human warmth. Such support is especially important for elderly people and individuals with disabilities who need not only assistance but also sincere communication.
Toretsk and Ruzhyn. Donetsk and Zhytomyr. People who know how to stick together. Because united communities make a strong country!
