On the instructions of the President of Ukraine, the Government headed by Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko decided to provide subsidies to farmers working in the frontline areas.
The decision was made to allocate UAH 1,000 per 1 hectare of sown land to business entities operating in the area of possible and active hostilities.
The CMU Resolution No. 964 dated 13.08.2025 also amended the Procedure for the use of funds provided in the state budget for state support of agricultural producers by allocating budget subsidies per unit of cultivated land, approved by the CMU Resolution No. 886 dated 11.08.2021.
Key innovations:
► the amount of the budget subsidy is set at UAH 1 thousand per 1 hectare for both the territories of possible hostilities and the territories of active hostilities (including the territories of active hostilities where state electronic information resources are operating);
► in addition to providing assistance per 1 hectare of cultivated land sown/planted with crops for the current year's harvest, budget funds will also be allocated to agricultural producers whose land plots are planted with perennial trees;
► land plots as part of the information on the land plot should contain information on the code according to the list of land plots according to the Classification of land types, namely: 001 01 (arable land), 001 03 (greenhouses, greenhouses, greenhouses), 002 03 (perennial plantations). In the absence of information about the land plots in the State Land Cadastre or discrepancies, the application is suspended until the recipient eliminates the identified discrepancies.
