On April 13, Nataliia Adamova, Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, held a working meeting with a winner of the “Own Business” grant program — entrepreneur Oleksii Nechaiev from Sloviansk.
He launched his business in 2025. As a practicing dentist with experience in both public and private clinics, he set a goal to restore his family dental practice, which had been lost due to the war. To start his business, he took advantage of the opportunity to receive a grant under the “Own Business” program.
The funds received were used to purchase modern dental equipment and instruments. As part of the program requirements, the entrepreneur created new jobs — an administrator and a dentist. Recruitment was supported by employment service specialists.
During the meeting, Nataliia Adamova suggested that the entrepreneur also take advantage of additional support programs aimed at business development and creating new employment opportunities.
“Microgrants are not just about starting a business. They are about rebuilding the economy, creating jobs, and restoring people’s confidence in the future. The employment service not only helps to obtain a grant — we continue to support entrepreneurs afterward, with recruitment, training, and консультації on business expansion. It is important that every entrepreneur feels supported and has the resources to grow,” she emphasized.
Oleksii Nechaiev noted that participation in the program became a key step toward achieving his goal — restoring his family business and developing a modern dental practice.
