Caring for those who need outside assistance is an important responsibility of the state. The Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast reminds citizens how to receive state social care assistance in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 261 dated April 2, 2005.
Who is eligible for assistance?
The payments may be оформлено by persons permanently residing in Ukraine:
▫️ citizens of Ukraine;
▫️ foreigners and stateless persons;
▫️ refugees and persons in need of additional protection;
▫️ citizens of the Republic of Poland legally staying in Ukraine.

List of required documents:
✅ application form (standard format);
✅ passport or another identity document;
✅ taxpayer identification number (RNOKPP);
✅ medical advisory commission (LCC) conclusion confirming the need for outside care;
✅ income declaration (if required);
✅ for legally incapacitated persons — a court decision recognizing the person as legally incapacitated and a decision appointing a guardian;
✅ documents confirming participation in combat operations during the Second World War (if relevant to the grounds for assistance).
