“One-Stop Veteran Service Desks” are operational at Administrative Service Centers throughout Ukraine. This means that veterans, as well as the families of fallen defenders, can access the necessary government services in one place—without having to make additional visits to various agencies.
This was reported by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.
In accordance with Resolution No. 1226 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 1, 2025, more than 20 veteran services are available at Administrative Service Centers, including:
- granting of status: combatant for volunteers, person with a war-related disability, family member of a fallen (deceased) war veteran, and family member of a fallen (deceased) Defender of Ukraine, war participant, and victim of the Revolution of Dignity;
- issuance, renewal, and replacement of relevant certificates;
- granting one-time financial assistance to persons with war-related disabilities, families of fallen Defenders of Ukraine, and volunteers;
- submitting applications for compensation for housing rent to Defenders of Ukraine;
- obtaining information from the Unified State Register of War Veterans and other services.
Through the Administrative Service Center (ASC), regardless of your registered place of residence, you can submit an electronic application to establish the status of a person with a war-related disability (for military personnel), as well as the status of a family member of a fallen (deceased) Defender of Ukraine.
In addition, through the ASC, you can submit an application to receive services provided directly by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.

To ensure uniform standards for providing administrative services to war veterans and their family members at the Administrative Service Centers, the Ministry of Veterans Affairs has developed methodological guidelines for center staff. These guidelines help organize and optimize work processes so that veterans receive services quickly and efficiently.
