In December 2024, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the Procedure for the use of funds provided for in the state budget to provide financial support to producers engaged in agricultural activities for the breeding, maintenance, and cultivation of freshwater fish in the de-occupied and combat-affected territories
The State Agrarian Register has started accepting applications for financial support in the areas of partial reimbursement of expenses:
🔹 for the cultivation of fish stock for the purpose of its further sale;
🔹 the cost of purchasing fish stocking material for stocking water bodies for the purpose of producing marketable products.
🔴 Applications will be accepted until November 1, 2025 inclusive.
The program provides for reimbursement of up to 30% of costs (excluding value added tax).
Reimbursement will be available to legal entities or individual entrepreneurs engaged in agricultural activities for the breeding, maintenance, and cultivation of freshwater fish in accordance with the law, where aquaculture (fish farming) is the main type of economic activity they carry out, in particular, in the territories
🔸 possible hostilities;
🔸 active hostilities;
🔸 active hostilities in which state electronic information resources are operating.
To apply for state compensation, you must:
✅ register or log in to your personal account on the website dar.gov.ua;
✅ open the support program in the section "Available programs"
✅ fill out the application form.
