📍 The service is available for:
🔸 Families receiving state assistance as low-income households;
🔸 Single mothers or fathers receiving child support payments;
🔸 Families receiving temporary child support if the other parent does not pay alimony.
📲 You can apply for this assistance online in the Diia app in just a few simple steps:
1️⃣ Update and log in to the Diia app.
2️⃣ Go to Services → State Assistance → Basic Social Assistance → Apply for Assistance.
3️⃣ Wait for a notification showing the calculation of your monthly payment amount.
4️⃣ If you agree, click Submit Application and choose your Diia.Card for payments.
5️⃣ Review your application and confirm that you decline other types of assistance — they will be combined into a single payment.
6️⃣ Sign the application using Diia.Signature and send invitations to adult family members to sign.
7️⃣ Once all signatures are collected, the application will be submitted automatically.
8️⃣ After approval, you will receive a notification confirming your assistance.
📆 The assistance is granted for a period of up to 6 months.
