Another meeting was held in Donetsk Oblast as part of the regional platform "Dialogue between Government and Business," which was created on the instructions of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
About 180 representatives of business and government in Donetsk Oblast took part in the meeting. The topic of the dialogue was "Digitization of employment records." The speaker was Natalia Gavrilyuk, deputy head of the department and head of the information and analytical support department of the information systems and electronic registries of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast.
During the meeting, attendees were familiarized with the regulatory framework governing the digitization of employment records; they explained why digital employment record books are more convenient than paper ones; they talked about the procedure for digitizing documents and the requirements for scanned copies; they discussed a step-by-step audit of employment record books and the algorithm of actions in case of errors in digitized employment record books.
