More than two hundred free educational series for improving digital skills. The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has announced the launch of a new information campaign. Its goal is to promote and disseminate knowledge about the necessary skills for online safety and cyber hygiene for life and work. The campaign is timed to coincide with Children's Day.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation is implementing the initiative through the Unified State Web Portal of Digital Education "Diia.Education". The project includes more than 210 free educational series, simulators, and tests, as well as a network of 5,000 offline digital education hubs across the country.
To date, thanks to the "Diia.Education" project, more than 6 million Ukrainians have joined programs for developing digital skills. The next step is to strengthen knowledge that will help protect children in the digital environment.
Why is this important?
In the context of full-scale war, digital knowledge helps:
counter propaganda and disinformation;
recognize fakes;
effectively use digital technologies for personal safety online;
contribute to victory and ensure sustainable development of the country.
