We have updated the Diia.Digital Community platform to help regions and communities implement digital projects and track changes across the country.
From now on, the platform allows for even more effective management of digital transformation processes at the local level, assessing progress, and submitting up-to-date data to the Regional Digital Transformation Index and the Territorial Communities Digital Transformation Index.
The new functionality will help CDTOs of regions and digital leaders of communities measure the results of digitalization, coordinate local initiatives, and set priorities for further steps.
We have added the Regional Digital Transformation Index
For the first time since 2021, regions will be able to track the dynamics of digitalization at the local level. The Regional Digital Transformation Index will be updated quarterly. This will enable regular monitoring and decision-making based on current data. The index contains five main groups. Each indicator is assessed on a scale from 0 to 100 points, allowing for precise evaluation of progress and setting priorities for further steps.
Quarterly filling of the Indexes through personal accounts on the Diia.Digital Community platform
More than 1,000 digital leaders are already registered on the platform, including digital leaders from all 49 communities in our region. From now on, they can enter index indicator data directly on the platform. This simplifies the process, as there is no longer a need to fill out tables or send paper documents. Everything happens quickly, conveniently, and online.
CDTOs of regional state administrations fill out the Regional Digital Transformation Index, which contains five groups of indicators: digital economy, digital skills, digital infrastructure, digitalization of public services, and digitalization of territorial communities. The last group accounts for 20% of the total score of the region and depends on the indicators submitted by the communities.
Digital leaders of communities fill out the Territorial Communities Digital Transformation Index, which contains four groups: digital economy, digital skills, digital infrastructure, and digitalization of public services.
Thus, the digitalization of communities directly affects the overall score of the region. The more digital services and infrastructure solutions are implemented locally, the higher the level of digital transformation of the entire region.
Information submission to the Indexes for Q1 continues until the beginning of May. The results will be available on the platform immediately after the data is entered.
Personal accounts for CDTO teams of regional state administrations and digital leaders of communities
From now on, the entire digital transformation team in the region or community can join the work on the platform — this allows for timely data updates, coordination of information submission to the Indexes, and more effective implementation of digital changes.
With the new capabilities of the Diia.Digital Community platform, each region and community will receive effective tools for managing digital changes and achieving new digital results.
