The boys and girls spent two unforgettable weeks at a children's camp on the southern sea coast. The children rode a boat, visited museums, explored caves, tried local cuisine and much more.
The trip was organized by the leadership of the Main Department of the National Police in Donetsk region together with the KORD Department of the NPU with the support of partners.
The police of Donetsk region support the families of fallen heroes and those who were injured in the line of duty, in particular, they organize recreation and rehabilitation for children during the summer holidays. This is one of the areas of the unit's veteran policy.
This year, 17 children aged 7 to 16 were given the opportunity to relax in a European camp. The children were accompanied by a police officer.
Every day in the camp was filled with activities: swimming in the pool and sea, excursions to historical sites, boat trips, paintball, disco - away from nighttime alarms and Russian missiles.
All of this contributed to the physical and mental recovery of young Ukrainians whose parents sacrificed their lives and health for Ukraine.
