This was reported by the Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Head of the Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin.
Together with the Office of the President, the Ukrainian Association of Football, and other regions, the Donetsk Regional State Administration is working on a project aimed at restoring the mental and physical health of children from frontline areas.
This was discussed today during a meeting chaired by Viktor Mykyta with the participation of Andriy Shevchenko, President of the Ukrainian Association of Football.
“This important project is aimed at promoting sports, particularly football, among children. Well-known Ukrainian footballers will act as coaches and mentors, introducing our children to the world of professional sports. The project primarily focuses on children of servicemen and servicewomen, as well as employees of the State Emergency Service, the police, and other institutions working in frontline areas.
Children from Donetsk region will travel to sports camps in Zakarpattia region. They will be provided with free transportation in comfortable vehicles, accommodation, four meals a day, and leisure activities.
