🪪 Video identification of benefit recipients at the Pension Fund of Ukraine is carried out on the basis of an identity document of the recipient / legal representative / assistant; for children — on the basis of the child’s birth certificate.

If, when submitting an application for identification via video conference, a pensioner indicates that “physical assistance” is required during the session, the assistant providing this service must present an identity document.
