🔰 According to the Law of Ukraine No. 1058-IV of July 9, 2003 “On Compulsory State Pension Insurance”, persons who have reached the age of 16 and are not pensioners may voluntarily pay insurance contributions to the compulsory state pension insurance system. To do so, it is necessary to conclude a voluntary participation agreement with the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
❗️A prerequisite for concluding such an agreement is that information about the person is available in the Register of Insured Persons of the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance.
📅 Please note that voluntarily paid insurance contributions are credited to the insurance record for the month in which the funds are actually received by the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
