🤱 The right to childbirth assistance is granted to one of the child’s parents (or a guardian) who permanently lives together with the child.
📂 List of required documents:
▫️ an іdentity document;
▫️ an application in the prescribed form (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution of June 2025 No. 765);
▫️ the child’s birth certificate (with the original presented);
▫️ a decision on establishing guardianship (for guardians).
📬 Ways to submit documents:
🔘 the Electronic Services Web Portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the Pension Fund of Ukraine mobile app, the Diia portal, the integrated electronic public service “eMaliatko”;
🔘 service centers of the Pension Fund of Ukraine;
🔘 Administrative Service Centers (CNAPs);
🔘 by post.
🕒 Document review period:
🔸 no later than 10 days after receipt of the complete set of documents;
🔸 when submitting an application electronically with a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) — no later than the next working day after it is received.
Amount of assistance:
💳 From January 1, childbirth assistance for the first and each subsequent child is paid as a lump sum of UAH 50,000.
⚠️ Please note:
Childbirth assistance for a child born on or before December 31, 2025 (inclusive) is provided in the amount of UAH 41,280.
The payment is made as a one-time payment of UAH 10,320, with the remaining amount paid in equal installments over the next 36 months.
In the event of the birth (or establishment of guardianship) of two or more children, assistance is provided for each child.
👉 Assistance is granted if the application is submitted no later than 12 months after the child’s birth.
ℹ️ Payments are made through postal service offices or authorized banks.
