The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has updated its clarifications for the 2025 asset declaration campaign for public officials, taking into account recent legislative changes and questions raised by declarants.
What’s new in the clarifications:
✅ They have been aligned with legislative changes that occurred since last year’s declaration campaign;
✅ The explanations have been refined and supplemented with examples, particularly regarding the rules for declaring financial liabilities, expenses, transactions, and sources of income;
✅ They now include significantly more practical examples covering specific life situations, including the declaration of real estate transactions, vehicles, and monetary assets, with key points highlighted to draw attention.
📚 The materials in the NACP Knowledge Base (https://wiki.nazk.gov.ua/) have already been updated and are available for use.
