In October 2025, I applied for a solid fuel subsidy and received it. Do I need to apply again to receive the payment in 2026?
Yes, you do.
A housing subsidy for the purchase of liquefied gas, solid, and liquid domestic heating fuels is granted once per calendar year upon the applicant’s personal request.
However, if the housing subsidy is provided for solid fuel and for housing and utility services, the housing and utility services portion is calculated from the month of the application until the end of the current calendar year (Paragraphs 72–73 of the Regulations on the Procedure for Granting Housing Subsidies, approved by Resolution No. 848 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated October 21, 1995).
To receive a payment in 2026, you must submit a new application and a declaration of income and expenses.
Ways to submit documents:
online—via the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s e-services web portal, the “Pension Fund” mobile app, or the Diya portal;
by mail—to the address of the Fund’s office;
in person—at a selected service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, through authorized officials of the executive bodies of village, settlement, or city councils of the relevant territorial communities, or at administrative service centers.
