A citizen submitted an application for internally displaced person (IDP) assistance through the Pension Fund of Ukraine's web portal. In the "My Applications" section, the application status is displayed as "Pending Attribution." What does this mean?
It means that your application is currently being processed.
After a person submits an application and the required documents to the Pension Fund of Ukraine for a benefit—such as IDP assistance—the application goes through several stages of processing.
The "Pending Attribution" status indicates that the application and the attached documents have been successfully received by the system. The initial stage of processing, organization, and registration of the submitted information has begun.
The purpose of this stage is to identify, classify, and enter the information contained in the submitted documents into the electronic system. In practice, this means that the documents have been forwarded to the digitization and data processing unit, where specialists record key information—such as the applicant's name, dates, and document numbers—into the corresponding fields of the electronic case file.
Therefore, the "Pending Attribution" status is simply a technical stage of the initial document processing. Once this step is completed, the application will be forwarded for substantive review and a final decision will be made.
