For schoolchildren in the Donetsk region, the 2024 – 2025 academic year has ended – the fourth since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine. Despite the threats, distance formats, and constant challenges, the educational process did not stop, and students demonstrated perseverance and achieved success.
This year, 74,500 students in the region completed their studies.
Certificates of complete general secondary education will be awarded to:
- 6,377 graduates of 11th grades, among them 715 – certificates of special sample.
Certificates of basic secondary education will be awarded to:
- 8,699 graduates of 9th grades, of which 908 – certificates of special sample.
Students from Donetsk can rightfully be proud of their achievements.
According to the results of the academic year, we have:
- 12 diplomas of winners of the IV stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads, achieved by students from Velykonovosilkivska, Kramatorsk, Lyman, Mariupol, Maryinka, Novohrodivka, Pokrovsk, and Toretsk communities;
- 8 diplomas of the final stage of the International Competition in Ukrainian Studies;
- 2 diplomas of the International Competition in the Ukrainian Language named after Petro Yatsyk;
- 12 diplomas of the final stage of the International Language and Literature Competition named after Taras Shevchenko.
Additionally, 27 students from the region became winners of the IV stage of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiads and the III stage of the competition for the protection of scientific works of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
