Throughout July 2026, the Regional State Administration’s Department of Family, Youth, and Mass Events for National-Patriotic Education, in collaboration with the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Regional State Administration’s Department of Education and Science, conducted a series of military-patriotic training sessions titled “Warrior – Werewolf” for young people in the Donetsk region.

The main goal of the events was to create a safe and friendly environment where young people could build character, learn to work as a team, and participate in a modern, rigorous training program.

Under the guidance of experienced instructors from the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, participants mastered skills useful for everyday life: the basics of first aid, safe navigation using a map and compass, organizing daily life in field conditions, and leadership. The intense and dynamic program combined elements of team quests, sports competitions, and tactical games, allowing each participant to feel the support of their comrades, discover new potential within themselves, gain greater confidence in their abilities, and return home with unforgettable memories and the strong support of friends by their side.

A series of new patriotic camps and training programs is currently underway for the region’s youth, combining active recreation, safe teamwork, and the development of useful life skills. The program focuses on a friendly atmosphere, character building, and support, allowing each participant to reach their full potential without overly strict formalities or an excessive workload.
