On July 28, 2026, the “Veselka/RainboW” Youth Center of the Udachne Community, in collaboration with the child-friendly space “VSE.SVIT” and the Department of Family, Youth, and Mass Events for National-Patriotic Education of the Regional State Administration, held a psycho-emotional support event titled “Affirmation Painting: Coding the Space for Success” for young people and residents of the Donetsk region who have relocated to Kryvyi Rih.
The event provided participants with a wonderful opportunity to take a break from their daily worries, restore their inner balance, and find inspiration for new achievements through creativity.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to the concept of affirmations and learned how to properly formulate positive attitudes that help maintain self-confidence, achieve their goals, and set themselves up for success. The topic of color psychology proved to be just as fascinating. Participants discovered how different shades can influence one’s emotional state: promoting calm and harmony or, conversely, filling them with energy and motivation.
The hands-on portion of the event gave everyone the opportunity to create their own affirmation painting. Each participant infused their work with personal dreams, desires, and positive thoughts, transforming the canvas into a symbol of inner strength, inspiration, and faith in the future.
