This was reported by the Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Chief of the Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
The head of Donetsk region, together with his First Deputy Yurii Vynokurov, heads of relevant structural departments of the regional administration, and the Head of the Bakhmut community Oleksii Reva, held a working meeting on the implementation of the project “Bakhmut–Hoshcha: Affordable Rental Housing for IDPs.”
During the discussion, the participants focused on problematic issues arising in the course of the project’s implementation and ways to address them.
The project предусматриes the construction of 1,470 apartments in three phases in the village of Hoshcha, Rivne region. The ground floors are planned to accommodate medical facilities and businesses.
“Providing housing for internally displaced persons is our shared responsibility. We must consolidate the efforts of the state, local authorities, and communities so that people who have lost their homes because of the war can receive decent living conditions and a sense of stability,” emphasized Vadym Filashkin.
