The Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast announces that in order to support internally displaced persons from Donetsk Oblast and ensure prompt resolution of pressing issues, an information group called "Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Oblast – Support for Internally Displaced Persons" has been created on WhatsApp.
The group is intended for recipients of pensions, insurance payments, and other state social assistance who are registered with the Main Office of the PFU in Donetsk Oblast.
The community provides:
- up-to-date explanations on issues related to pensions, insurance, and other state social payments;
- information on the procedure for assigning, renewing, recalculating, and paying all types of state benefits that fall under the jurisdiction of the Main Office;
- practical assistance and consulting support from specialists of the Main Office.
