On July 22, the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry and with the support of the “Partnership for a Strong Ukraine” Program, launched the “Code of Resilience” educational program.
Over the next eight months, entrepreneurs will be able to participate free of charge in webinars, consultations, workshops, and other practical events dedicated to business development and adaptation to current challenges.
The program’s first event was a webinar titled “Legal and Regulatory Resilience of Business,” which brought together entrepreneurs, company executives, and anyone interested in the legal aspects of doing business.
The speaker was Andriy Kuts, Vice President of the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
During the online meeting, participants discussed practical legal issues related to business operations—from choosing a legal structure to the specifics of operating in international markets. The webinar was useful both for those just starting their own businesses and for experienced entrepreneurs seeking to update their knowledge and better navigate current regulatory requirements.
The “Code of Resilience” educational program includes 25 online expert sessions. Over the course of eight months, participants will gain practical knowledge on legal issues, e-commerce, marketing, crisis management, government and donor support programs, veteran entrepreneurship, sustainable development, B2B sales, and fundraising.
The program is being implemented as part of the project “Partnership for Development: Strengthening Chambers of Commerce and Industry and Supporting Small and Medium-Sized Businesses in Communities of Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk Regions,” which the Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry is carrying out jointly with the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry with support from the “Partnership for a Strong Ukraine” Program.
The next webinar will take place on July 28. Its topic is “E-commerce 2026–2027: The New Law on Market Surveillance and the Rules of the Game on Marketplaces.” The event will be a continuation of the “Code of Resilience” educational program and will focus on current changes in the field of e-commerce.
