With the aim of improving the professional competence of cultural workers in Donetsk Oblast in the field of inclusive cultural and leisure activities, specialists from the Donetsk Oblast Educational and Methodological Center for Culture organized a training session on “The specifics of directing inclusive entertainment and game programs.”
During the training, participants learned about the basic principles of an inclusive approach to organizing leisure activities, studied the specifics of directing barrier-free entertainment programs, and discussed the possibilities of adapting game formats to the needs of different categories of participants. Particular attention was paid to the issues of integrating accessibility into the script structure of events and creating a safe, supportive environment for all participants.
