On September 3, specialists from DTEK Donetsk Power Grids managed to fully or partially restore electricity supply to 183 settlements that had been cut off due to ongoing enemy shelling. Power returned to the homes of 54,600 families in the region. The company’s specialists are doing everything possible to restore electricity in Donetsk region as soon as the situation allows and the military grants permission for repair work.
Heavy fighting continues in Donetsk region. Despite all challenges, yesterday DTEK Donetsk Power Grids’ emergency crews carried out repair works in 183 settlements across the region. Electricity was restored to 54,650 households that had been left without power due to shelling.
DTEK Donetsk Power Grids specialists have been working non-stop for 1,289 days and continue restoration works as soon as the situation and the Armed Forces of Ukraine allow. Power engineers will definitely restore electricity for all residents of the region once they receive clearance for repair operations.
