The volunteer movement has taken on enormous significance today. Caring Ukrainians and international partners are supporting both the military and civilians. They do not turn a blind eye to any needs. Over the past week, thanks to the joint efforts of the regional state administration, volunteers, and charitable organizations, nearly 125 tons of aid were delivered and distributed to residents of the region affected by the hostilities.
This aid has become vital for people who find themselves in dire straits due to the military aggression. The shipment included food packages, hygiene products, construction materials, medical supplies, non-food items, bottled drinking water, and other essential aid.
First and foremost, assistance was provided to senior citizens, large families, families with children, and other vulnerable groups in need of support.
The Donetsk Regional State Administration expresses its sincere gratitude to all charitable organizations and volunteers who work selflessly, risking their lives to deliver aid to the most remote corners of the Donetsk region.
