In order to assess the results of implementation and coordinate further actions regarding the implementation of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities" in the region, a working online meeting was held under the chairmanship of the deputy head of the regional state administration, Yuriy Klyuchka, with the heads of military and civil-military administrations of settlements and representatives of local self-government bodies in the Donetsk region.

The national project "Side by Side: United Communities" is extremely important for our communities, as it aims to support and restore frontline communities (outpost communities) with partner communities from safer regions of Ukraine.

During the meeting, practical results were discussed and important areas for further cooperation were identified. Currently, the most pressing issues are assistance from partner communities in the evacuation and relocation of the population, as well as the provision of materials to prevent emergencies and eliminate the consequences of emergencies caused by the Russian Federation's armed aggression. It should be noted that 28 territorial communities of the region are already participating in the National Project.

As part of the implementation of the fourth wave of the National Project, seven memoranda of cooperation have already been signed. Communities whose territories are temporarily occupied are joining the project. Most of them already have partnership agreements, and some temporarily occupied territorial communities in Donetsk region have already signed their first memoranda of cooperation with partner communities.

We are continuing our work.
