To mark World Health Day, a regional flash mob titled “Strong in Body, Free in Spirit!” was held in Donetsk Oblast, organized by the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity.
The event ran from March 23 to April 7 and brought together over 1,500 students from the region’s extracurricular and general secondary education institutions.
The initiative aimed to promote the principles of a healthy lifestyle and active recreation among schoolchildren. Participants shared themed content on social media across several categories:
- videos of morning exercises and sports routines;
- coverage of their favorite sports activities;
- materials on the basics of balanced nutrition and healthy foods;
- creative works, including drawings, wall newspapers, and photo collages;
- presentations created using artificial intelligence tools.
Every exercise video and vibrant drawing radiates incredible energy. This reflects the determination of Donetsk region’s youth to be strong, healthy, and happy despite any challenges. Thank you to every participant for the inspiration.
