To ensure the correct calculation of social payments, it is necessary to inform the Pension Fund of Ukraine within 10 days in the event of changes to:
🔹 passport;
🔹 surname;
🔹 contact details;
🔹 bank account details;
🔹 employment/termination of employment, opening/closing of business activity.
📩 You can notify the Pension Fund of Ukraine about changes that affect social payments in several ways:
🔸 through the electronic cabinet on the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s web portal https://portal.pfu.gov.ua;
🔸 in person, by contacting a local Pension Fund office;
🔸 by mail, sending the necessary documents by registered letter;
🔸 through the employer (for changes related to employment).
🚫 Failure to notify or late notification of changes in circumstances may result in unlawful payments, which must be repaid to the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
