The state policy aimed at supporting business during martial law provides for a number of services to facilitate communication between entrepreneurs and tax authorities, which aim to ensure accessibility, transparency and efficiency in resolving tax-related issues.
For example, business representatives who have remained in the Donetsk region can receive tax advice online using the services of the Contact Center of the State Tax Service of Ukraine (https://tax.gov.ua/others/kontakt-tsentr/) or the hotline of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Donetsk region (https://tax.gov.ua/others/kontakti/perelik-garyachih-liniy-teritorial).
For business entities that were forced to relocate to other safer regions, in addition to the existing services, Tax Advisor Offices established by the State Tax Service of Ukraine are also available.

By contacting the Office, an entrepreneur, individual entrepreneur or citizen can get advice that will save them time and money.
Consultations are provided in the following areas:
- taxation of individuals and legal entities,
- electronic services and reporting,
- tax disputes,
- tax audit,
- factual inspections and legislation on cash registers and payment transaction registers,
- control over the circulation of excisable goods,
- suspension of TI / SA registration,
- repayment of tax and unified social contribution arrears,
- provision of qualified electronic trust services,
- transfer pricing.
During the two weeks of operation, the offices have already provided 3.5 thousand consultations.

- calculation and payment of taxes, duties and unified social contribution
- repayment of tax debt;
- submission of tax reports;
