Dobropillia Urban Territorial Community Reports on the Status of Public Procurement in 2026

A regular meeting of the Transparency and Accountability Working Group was held under the chairmanship of Ihor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. Members of the working group and invited participants attended the meeting.

The agenda included a review of the status of public procurement carried out by the Dobropillia Urban Territorial Community in 2026.

According to the Department of Economy of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, between July 15 and July 23, 2026, contracting authorities from nine territorial communities across the region planned 21 procurements of goods, works, and services with a total estimated value of UAH 48.0 million. Of these, two contracts were signed for the purchase of diesel fuel.

Within the Dobropillia Urban Territorial Community, 16 procurements of goods and services with a total planned value of UAH 16 million were scheduled between January 1 and July 27, 2026.

During the meeting, Andrii Bondarenko, Head of the Dobropillia City Military Administration, presented detailed information on the procurement process, the main areas of budget spending, planned activities, and the community's priority needs under martial law.

Following the discussion, participants emphasized the importance of strict adherence to the principles of openness, transparency, and accountability in the field of public procurement. The working group will continue monitoring both ongoing and planned procurement activities carried out by the territorial communities of the Donetsk region.
