This time, the team of initiative teenagers from the Dobropillia community has united to implement an important project "SELF-Made: Pump Yourself Up," the goal of which is to help the community's teenagers unlock their leadership potential and determine the trajectory of personal and professional growth.
The project is being implemented by the team of activists-volunteers "DobroDii" of NVC No. 7 in collaboration with the NGO "Create Dobropillia." The team became a finalist in the fifth wave of the mini-grants competition "DIY Community" from UNICEF.
Project goals:
- To help teenagers discover their leadership potential.
- To teach effective communication, time management, and goal setting.
- To build self-confidence.
- To help youth develop entrepreneurial competencies.
What will happen?
- Online training sessions "Life Management: The Path to Your Own Success."
- Online workshop "Creative Entrepreneurship for Youth" and online masterclass "Start&Sell."
- Online training sessions "I am the Leader of My Life."
- Personal development marathon "The Path to Yourself." A competition for the most active participants of the project.
What will the community gain?
- 100+ teenagers who will undergo training and be able to apply leadership skills in life.
- A new generation ready to change their school, city, and country.
