On May 30, an event took place in the Mariinka city community aimed at supporting veterans, participants of hostilities, individuals with disabilities due to the war, and families of fallen Heroes of Ukraine.
The event was attended by the head of the Department of Veteran Policy of the regional state administration, Artur Nasibyan, the deputy head of the Pokrovsk district state administration, Oleksandr Fomenko, the head of the Mariinka city military administration, Yuriy Hryhulets, heads of social protection, education, and pension fund departments, employment service specialists, as well as representatives of organizations implementing social policy in the community, including specialists from humanitarian hubs who work daily to support the residents of the Mariinka community.
During the meeting, sincere words of gratitude and deep respect were expressed to the Defenders of Ukraine who gave their lives for freedom and independence, as well as to their families who demonstrate courage and resilience every day.
At the same time, comprehensive information was provided about social guarantees that operate at the state, regional, and local levels, including employment opportunities, features of pension provision, benefits for families, and available support services. A special moment was the presentation of the electronic version of the Book of Memory — dedicated to our Heroes, whose names are forever engraved in the heart of the community.
The Mariinka community continues to maintain a strong rear — through memory, respect, and concrete assistance to those who need it most.
