To mark Defenders’ Day in Ukraine, the Donetsk Regional Educational and Methodological Centre for Culture, with the support of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, is organising the traditional cultural and artistic event ‘Strength in Pixels’.
The initiative aims to unite the people of Donetsk Oblast around shared values: gratitude, support and respect for those who defend Ukraine. At the same time, it offers an opportunity to pay a fitting tribute to the fallen defenders who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of our country.
We invite all concerned residents of Donetsk region, whether currently living in Ukraine or abroad, as well as servicemen, veterans and their family members, to take part in the event.
Video entries must be submitted by 27 September 2026 to the email address [email protected] in MP4 or MOV format (landscape orientation).
The results of the campaign will be published on the official page of the Regional State Administration’s Department of Culture and Tourism and the Donetsk Regional Educational and Methodological Centre for Culture under the hashtag # МіцьУпікселі.
