Representatives of preschool education from various regions of Ukraine participated in the work of the Coordination Council, which took place in the city of Lutsk. Donetsk region was represented by Oksana Mangushlu – the head of the preschool educational institution of general development No. 29 "Dzhereletse" of the Department of Education of the Dobropil City Council, and the head of the separate unit of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization "Association of Preschool Education Workers".
Participants of the event familiarized themselves with the peculiarities of preschool education development in the city, took part in discussions on effective management practices and strategies for implementing the new Law of Ukraine "On Preschool Education" at the local level.
During the round table meeting held at the Volyn National University named after Lesya Ukrainka, important issues of preschool education transformation were raised, particularly in the context of wartime. The head of the board of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization "Association of Preschool Education Workers" presented the achievements and key initiatives of the organization. The presentation of the experience of preschool educational institutions in the Lutsk community included examples of educational environments, the implementation of innovations, and team interaction among leaders and pedagogical teams.
Despite the fact that the educational process in frontline regions, particularly in Donetsk, is taking place in a distance format, it was noted that the exchange of effective practices is productive for the implementation of state policy in the field of preschool education.
The joint participation of local self-government bodies, managers, educators, and scientists demonstrates the importance of a comprehensive approach to the development of preschool education and the formation of a modern educational environment for the youngest citizens of Ukraine.
