To celebrate the start of summer vacation, specialists from the Maryinka City Center for Social Services and the Maryinka City Library organized a joyful event called “The Rainbow World of Childhood” at the humanitarian hub in Zhovti Vody.
Various interesting activities awaited the children, in which they eagerly participated. After the greetings, there was a fun warm-up called “Leap into Summer.” Then the children rushed to the “Land of Colorful Dreams” on a fairy-tale air express, where they found a seven-petal flower on a sunny meadow, and each had the opportunity to talk about their dreams.
They also visited a fairy-tale station called “Mother,” the “Riddles” station, and the “Khustina - Ukrainian Amulet” station. They answered funny questions in a quick quiz called “Problems from the Barrel.” They actively participated in games such as “Centipede,” “Fun Bus,” “Last Hero,” “Sky or Wheat,” and “Pinch,” and danced to lively music.
The children left a memento of themselves in bright, amazing drawings on the asphalt: “Ukrainian summer is the best!” As a symbol of positivity and the fulfillment of children's dreams, they gave colorful balloons to the sky.
An unusual surprise was gifts from Oksana Petrivna Lazebnik (Ksyusha Kyivska) and the Charitable Foundation “The Power of Family Unity” - fragrant, delicious apples. Svitlana Motrenko, head of the public organization “Restore Life,” delighted the children with beautiful children's underwear. We sincerely thank the benefactors for their kind and open hearts!
The holiday ended on a delicious sweet note — with a huge cake.
