Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Igor Boiko took part in a meeting of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine on the work of the Electronic Register of Sports Organizations.

During the meeting, representatives of the Ministry announced that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 1341 of October 22, 2025, amended the CMU Resolution No. 235 of March 4, 2025, which defines the procedure for the functioning of the Electronic Register of Sports Organizations. These changes concern the expansion of records: sports sections in sports organizations; visitors to sports sections; coaches and coach-instructors.

The purpose of the updates is to form a complete history of interaction between visitors to sports sections and coaches with sports organizations, which will contribute to the systematization of data and increase transparency in the field of physical culture and sports.

The meeting participants also familiarized themselves with Resolution No. 1495 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 19, 2025, “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Regarding the Entry of Information into the Electronic Register of Sports Organizations.” The document provides for the updating of the following documents: Regulations on specialized sports education institutions with specific training conditions; Regulations on children's and youth sports schools; Regulations on Olympic training centers.

In accordance with the new requirements, the heads of these institutions must ensure the completeness and timeliness of entering information about the institutions and their activities into the Electronic Register of Sports Organizations.

Similar changes have been made to other regulatory documents of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine in order to ensure a unified approach to maintaining the register.

During the discussion, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Ihor Boiko reported that as of December 2, 2025, 137 sports organizations in the Donetsk region were registered in the Electronic Register of Sports Organizations (ERSO).

He stressed the importance of responsible attitude of sports facility managers to the process of filling the register, as this will ensure proper control, analysis, and development of the region's sports infrastructure.
