From April 15 to 18, the Second All-Ukrainian Tournament for Young Experts in International Humanitarian Law was held in Kyiv. The tournament was organized by the Ukrainian Red Cross in partnership with the Office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine and the Educational and Scientific Law Institute of Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University.
This intellectual event served as a platform for in-depth study of legal norms, fostering a culture of justice, and raising awareness of the principles of human rights protection in the context of armed conflicts.
The tournament program was designed to develop skills in teamwork, critical analysis of complex legal situations, and conducting professional discussions. The participants demonstrated a high level of preparation, articulately defending their positions during the intellectual competition.
Organizational and expert support for the event was provided by a professional team of moderators, which included Ihor Haievyi, Director of the Department of Education and Science of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
