On August 27, 2025, a meeting was held in Kyiv, on the territory of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra National Reserve, with the heads of structural units of regional military administrations in the areas of competence of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine. Representatives of the Donetsk Regional State Administration took part in the event.
The meeting agenda covered key areas of cultural and information policy, discussion of strategic priorities and challenges in the field of culture in the near future. Speakers at the event included Tetiana Berezhna, Acting Minister of Culture and Strategic Communications, her deputies Halyna Hryhorenko, Serhii Belyaev, Anastasia Bondar, and Anastasia Obraztsova, Executive Director of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.
Particular attention was paid to issues of interdepartmental cooperation, attracting resources for the development of cultural projects in the regions, digital transformations in the field of culture, and effective communication at the local level.
In a discussion format, representatives of regional administrations had the opportunity to share their experiences, identify problematic issues, and propose ways to resolve them.
The meeting ended with a summary, after which the participants took part in an excursion around the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra and viewed the documentary and mystical exhibition “Kherson. The Steppe Holds” at the Mystetskyi Arsenal.
