On July 3, an online game took place for the youth of the Kramatorsk district as part of the project "Donetsk Region in Your Hands," organized by the Youth Council under the Novohrodivka City Council. This initiative has become a vivid example of how the youth of Donetsk actively engages in studying and promoting their native land.

The event was organized jointly with the platform "Center for Unity and National Resistance" and the Department of Family, Youth, and Mass Events of National-Patriotic Education of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. The project is being implemented with the support of UNICEF within the framework of the "DIY Community" mini-grant competition.

The event was attended by the head of the Department of Family, Youth, and Mass Events of National-Patriotic Education of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Liliya Zolkina, as well as representatives of the department, members of the Novohrodivka Youth Council, and active youth from the region.

The online quest became a platform for developing youth activity, learning about the history and culture of their native land. Participants in the game competed in teams, completing tasks dedicated to Donetsk, its outstanding personalities, cultural features, traditions, and achievements.

Within the framework of the project "Donetsk Region in Your Hands," 2 offline events and 5 online games for the children of the Novohrodivka community have already been held. Now the project has reached a new level — a series of events for youth from all districts of Donetsk region has been launched. This will allow an even greater number of young people to join this important initiative.

Such projects are extremely valuable for supporting youth in wartime conditions. They not only contribute to the development of knowledge about the native land but also foster a sense of unity, patriotism, and belief in one's own strength.
