To mark the Day of the First Plast Oath, an event symbolizing commitment to the principles of honor, service, and civic responsibility representatives of the organization held a charity book drive for children in the Donetsk region.
As part of this initiative, the Donetsk Regional Children’s Library received over 90 copies of contemporary publications from the National Scout Organization of Ukraine “Plast,” including:
- children’s books for the youngest readers;
- adventure and educational literature for schoolchildren;
- contemporary Ukrainian prose, fantasy, and motivational books for teenagers.
The donated books are age-appropriate and feature relevant content, which will contribute to the development of a reading culture, broaden children’s worldview, and provide emotional support.
We express our sincere gratitude to the representatives of “Plast,” the organizers of the collection, and all concerned citizens who joined this initiative. This assistance is an important contribution to supporting the region’s children and a testament to the unity of Ukrainian society.
