



Specialists of Donetskoblgas are actively working on-site, providing quality service to consumers and timely information about gas distribution services. Over the past month, more than 300 subscribers received consultations and assistance during field receptions in the settlements of the region.
In particular, specialists from Sloviansk UGG held four field receptions in the city of Mykolaivka, where 113 subscribers were accepted. In addition, consultations were provided:
- in Novoselivka — to 23 subscribers;
- in Novomykolaivka — to 21;
- in Cherkasky — to 24;
- in Bylbasivka — to 49 subscribers over 2 receptions;
Kramatorsk UGG provided services to residents:
- in Yasnohirka — to 39 subscribers;
- in Krasnotorka — to 7;
- in the village of Bilenke — to 28.
Consultations were provided on relevant gas distribution issues: billing for gas distribution services, recalculation, re-registration of personal accounts. For subscribers, the main advantage of such field receptions is receiving paper receipts.
