The Liman territorial community has ensured the provision of social services that are necessary in the conditions of martial law.

The most relevant social service remains the "Home Care" service, which is provided in the Liman territorial community by the team of the Territorial Center for Social Services (provision of social services) in the city of Liman to 244 lonely/conditionally lonely people with limited mobility, mostly elderly.

Social workers from the territorial center assist their clients in managing household chores, self-care (maintaining personal hygiene, physical activity, taking medications, feeding, etc.), document processing, making payments, and providing psychological support.

The social service "Natural Assistance" is also popular among the residents of the Liman territorial community.

The Czech charity organization "People in Need" has provided the Liman territorial center with three washing machines and three dryers, water storage tanks for uninterrupted washing, and their components, which allowed the opening of free laundry service points at two locations.

Washing linen and clothing is a very convenient innovation for individuals who do not have a washing machine at home or where there is no centralized water supply. Social workers help to inspect, sort, and wash the items.

During 2024, the natural assistance laundry service was received by 512 people, and in 2025 - 199 residents of the city of Liman.

Considering the prolonged active military actions in the territory of the community, the team of the territorial center is actively involved in the evacuation of clients to safer regions of Ukraine.
